With Building Information Modeling finally changing the ways we think and work during the design and construction process, what role does a Project Architect play in order to help mold the industry? More importantly how does the entire team adapt to the new technology and cultural changes we face on today’s projects? As a Project Architect leads a team, one must understand the roles, responsibilities, and abilities of team members in order to provide the best service to the clients
