18. NEW CHANGES FOR THE 2009-2010 CHAPTER COMPETITION Annual Transmittal Form –Electives The chapter’s strategic plan, monthly board meeting, budget and other administrative areas are now electives. However, chapters are strongly encouraged to continue these basic functions to ensure that good organizational practices continue.
