10 P ROGRESS OF I MPLEMENTATION From November 2013 to September 2014, DEH provided training to food industry of the GFC From November 2014 to present, DEH: Conducted assessments for initial visits Non-graded inspections Educated the establishment at their facility After initial visit, graded inspections conducted
