5 NATURE OF THE GAME The game is started by service from a player at the base line. A service must go over the net within the antennae and land within the boundary of the court to be good, then the receiving team can dig,volley,set and spike. Each team is allowed to contact the ball three times, the third should be directed to the opponents court. It is a fault for a team to hit the ball four times or for a player to hit the ball twice in succession. A game is won at 25points with at least two points lead. At 24 points, game point is called. However if there is a tie i.e. 24—24, it is called deuce. Then the first team to have two uninterrupted points emerge as a winner, e.g 26—24, 27—25, 28—26 etc. Any team score points depending on the team that faults during a service or a rally.

6 RULES AND REGULATION The game is started by service. Either team wins a point depending on which team faults. Service can be any where from the base line. Six substitutes are allowed in a game. Rotation of players is a clockwise. Spiking is not allowed from the back court. The ball can be played with any part of the body, provide is not double contact. 25 points determine a game with at least two points lead. A libero player may not change position with others.
