Board of Trustees, acting in good faith, with the care an ordinarily prudent person in a like position would exercise under similar circumstances, and in a manner believed to be in the best interest of the corporation, has determined that the risk of the closure of JPMorgan Chase & Co. is so minimal that further action on this issue is unnecessary at this time. Result

Board of Trustees encourages all jurisdictions participating in the Funds Netting process to deposit any funds due into the Funds Netting Account by wire transfer on the Funds Due Date shown on the Funds Netting Calendar.
