23. Managed by the International Fuel Tax Association, Inc. IRP Audit Report Exchange System  IFTA, Inc. and IRP, Inc. entered into a services agreement in July 2013.  In that agreement, IFTA, Inc. agreed to develop an audit report exchange system for IRP, Inc. for the distribution of required audit reports by the IRP member jurisdictions.  After meetings regarding systems requirements for IRP, Inc.’s system, Jason DeGraf of IFTA, Inc. and Robin Murphy, IRP, Inc. worked together to complete the project.  The IRP, Inc. Audit Report Exchange System was implemented in October 2013.
