Overview & History Nortek Global HVAC Nortek Global HVAC, formerly NORDYNE was founded in 1919 as International Oil Heating Company Purchased by Nortek in 1985 Has 1,700 employees with operations in the U.S., U.K., France, Belgium and Mexico. Sales offices in Canada, Miami, Puerto Rico, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Australia. And, a design center in Shanghai Headquartered in O’Fallon, MO Manufactures residential and light commercial HVAC products Residential & Commercial HVAC Nortek Global HVAC Sales By Product Type Nortek’s “air management” businesses constitute 68% of Nortek’s total sales in 2013. Effective 1/13/2015, April Douglas was promoted to Warranty Manager. After 44 years of service, Keith Skipper has retired!
