7. Snipping Tool Available on all Windows 7 and 8 computers. Takes a “snip” or picture of the desktop. Snips can be rectangular, free-form, window, or full screen. Has a simple pen or highlighter tool for annotation. Snips can be saved, copied, or emailed.
