The Busan document engages strongly in promoting a rights based enabling environment for civil society and endorses the Civil Society Organizations’ Istanbul Principles. Implementations  ‘building blocks‘ which are described as “voluntary, practical and actionable game-changers in the global dialogue on aid and development effectiveness.”
