3. Basic philosophy for email and web sites Taunton School blocks user-access to a huge number of inappropriate emails and unsuitable sites. We do this by the exclusive method, which means that when an offending email or web site, we prevent user access to it. This is in contrast to the inclusive method, which restricts access to all web sites, except those identified as appropriate. If a story would be reported in the National Press we are likely to permit it.
