2  Indonesia is an archipelago comprising thousand of islands.It is above Australia. The countries shares Papua New Guinea,east Timor and Malaysia. Other neighbouring countries are include Singapore, the Philippines, Australia, Palau and the Indian territory of the Andaman and nicobar islands. Location
