11. Terms & Conditions You will have to give 50% advance at the time of signing the contract and balance amount should be paid seven days before the event. All the payments should be made in favour of “Shirodkarguruji Amrut Mahotsav Samiti”. Any legal disputes subject to MUMBAI Jurisdiction. All creative logo, etc shall be provided by client in required format.
