ABOUT EVENT: It is our pleasue to introduce to you our upcoming event, “EK SHAM DR. KUMAR VISHWAS KE NAAM: KOI DEEWANA KEHTA HAI, KOI PAGAL SAMAJTA HAI……” scheduled on 23rd May Hotel VITS, Pune, Maharashtra from 6 PM to 8 PM followed by after event dinner with Dr. Kumar Vishwas. Ek sham Dr. Kumar Vishwas ke Naam is a live performance by Dr. Kumar Vishwas himself, with his ability to blend the words as per the situation, made him heartthrob of the youth and established him as the most renowned and celebrated Indian poet. We expect a crowd of over 1200 nos. to attend this show. We Invite You & YOUR ESTEEMED organisation to participate in this event as one of our sponsors, we have designed a sponsorship docket for this event keeping the Quality & Standard of the event in mind. MEDIA / PROMOTION PLAN Ek Sham Dr. Kumar Vishwas ke Naam will be aggressively marketed and promoted through various media options, following are the mediums. 1. Half page advertisement will be given in our Media partner Sakaal Times dailies. 2. Minimum 4 outdoor Billboard hoarding will be strategically placed throughout the city. 3. Event will be marketed and promoted on social Media (Facebook, StumbleUpon, Twitter, G+) on a large scale. 4. Mobile Push up Notification. 5. We have Book my show associated with us as our ticketing partner and will be publishing the event on their website, Twitter, weekly generic er to non movie database. 6. Event Posters outside colleges & canteens. 7. Radio promotions that includes 20 seconds jingles, 10 times a day. This will be played 7 days prior to the event.

TARGET AUDIENCE: With the above mentioned media / promotion plan, we have planned to targeted wide nos. of working professional & college students as Dr. Kumar Vishwas has his majority of fan following from youngsters. Below mentioned is the process by which this event will be reached to maximum target audiences. 1) Social Media promotions will reach out to maximum young crowd via: FB, Twitter, StumbleUpon, G+. 2) Event Posters outside colleges will target the students directly, we have planned to post posters outside big colleges such as, MITs, VITs, Sinhgad Institutes, PICT, Bhartiya Vidyapeeth, Ferguson college, Modern College n other related colleges. 3) Outdoor billboards that will go up 10 days prior to the event, will be placed strategically targeting even non – punekars such as, one bill board will be place on Pune Mumbai Highway(for corporate crowd from Hinjewadi), Pune Solapur Highway, FC Road, Yerwada (Specially for corporate crowd), Karve Road(Basically for families) etc. 4) Radio Jingles, in todays hefty traffic that Pune is facing, listening to FM has become one of the major source of being cool in the traffic, we have Red FM as our radio partner who will play 20 seconds jingles during the heavy traffic period that’s between 8:00 am to 10:00 am and 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm, 7 days prior to the event. 5) BMS generic ers, Mobile Push Notifications will add as an add on to the promotion activity.

BRANDING OPPORTUNITIES:
Apart from the branding opportunities mentioned in slide no. 3, we will be having the title sponsors & Powered by sponsors advt. on backside of the event passes. We will be designing the event passes like flight tickets, one side will cover the event registration details and on the other side, we will have 60% of the area assigned for Title sponsor & 40% for powered by sponsor. Exclusive presence of logo on onsite branding collaterals, such as 1) Entrance Arch. 2) Welcome Banner. 3) Dinning Hall. 4) Stage side panels.
