7. Research – Greek Gods & Goddesses
Create one bubble map for each god or goddess answering the following questions.
What do they control?
What animal represents them?
What symbol is used to represent them?

8. Dear
As a character, write a friendly letter to another character in the book and explain an event in the story.
For example, Percy may want to write a letter to his step-dad, Gabe, telling him how the Camaro got totaled.

Since the movie for this book is in production, create a movie poster with the following criteria:

Quote or phrase that intrigues an audience.

Create a cartoon strip describing events that happened in the beginning, middle, and end of the story. The cartoon strip must have at least six slides.

11. Olympian Crib
Choose one of the Greek god’s cabins and decorate it based on the god’s characteristics.
You can make a drawing, diorama, or any other three-dimensional type of cabin.

12. Additional Book Write a journal entry as one of your characters.
As the character in your book, write a friendly letter to a friend.

Create a timeline of the events in the book. Draw pictures next to each event.
Create a cartoon strip describing events that happened in the beginning, middle, and end of the story. The cartoon strip must have at least six slides.
Create a diorama of a scene in the story and write a summary describing what is happening on the back.
