5. What are the advantages to using the Arizona computerized record book? Many schools have Excel available for student use Can be used in conjunction with Arizona’s yellow record book Aligns with FFA degree and award applications Easy to use Small file size Cheap

6. What are the disadvantages? It does not teach record keeping Does not “roll” information to award and degree applications Does not include budgets, agreements, competency tracking “Garbage in, garbage out”
