13 What Breaks the Wudu? 8 Things break the wudu. They are called nawaqiz (breakers) of wudu: (1) not following the steps of wudu; (2) discharge of gases; (3) discharge of urine or ; (4) vomiting in mouthful; (5) to sleep lying down; (6) to faint due to some illness or by any other reason; (7) becoming insane or going mad. 14 Why is wudu good for your health
Wudu is a refreshment of the mind and body. Wudu makes you clean for your prayers and Allah likes clean Muslims. When you Wudu you get rid of germs which makes you healthier and it happens 5 times a day that makes a Muslim healthy. Wudu literally means washing and Prophet Mohamad (PBUH) said “(Do) Wudu before eating and after eating.” this way we understand that wudu is a daily habit for Muslims that is not only linked to the preparation for prayer. It is actually a way of life.
