From now on, one site can handle your own BLC courses and help you generate reports about your employees’ learning needs and progress. All of this is on just two basic pages – one for you and one for your staff – with tabs of information on each. If you know how to follow computer prompts, you’ll master the BLC for Managers in no time. Simply follow the steps in this tutorial.

5. 24 July 2008Learning & Development Team v 1.05 In the Simple View it is easy to check your personal records, review the catalog or enroll in a class. In this view there are six tabs across the top. The first tab is My Courses, which brings up a list of the classes in which you are currently enrolled and waiting to take and the mandatory courses that you need to take before your anniversary date. The indicates that the course is online; the means the course is in a classroom or instructor- led. Simple View - My Courses

6. 24 July 2008Learning & Development Team v 1.06 Simple View - My Transcript My Transcript shows a list, including the dates and scores of all the courses you’ve taken to date. You also have the option of printing your transcript.

To search for a course enter Search Criteria in the available fields and click the button. Note: You’re required to enter text correlated to the course (e.g. HIPAA) in the Search Text field.
