2 CONSULTING SERVICES We can't speak for the agents who call themselves "consultants" and still remain salespeople in practice. We can tell you that TRUE consulting is a totally different model - a whole new approach in Real Estate.

3 CONSULTING SERVICES Real Estate Consulting fills the choice gap for home owners by offering them an alternative to the “All or Nothing” or “One Size Fits All” traditional commission structure. 4 CONSULTING SERVICES The Consultant is often retained and compensated the way other professionals who provide a service are, such as CPA's or most Attorneys. Consulting covers a variety of skills and can be used to reach a variety of outcomes. Sometimes the best choice for a consumer is not to buy or sell at all! (Or not now). The Consultant is retained to provide the unbiased counsel to help them reach that decision.
