6 There are many kinds of healthy breakfasts!

7 Breakfast Tip: Have a small snack or glass of 100% juice, and pack a breakfast for later when you are hungry. Don’t feel like eating in the morning?

8 Breakfast Tip: Aim to include foods from at least 3 of the 4 food groups from Canada's Food Guide

9 Breakfast Tip: Don’t skip it. It’s well worth the few extra minutes!
