2 Form 1 If applicable, we recommend to submit this form first because – It’s a bargain: With $120 + tax (i.e. $135 in CA) and this form, you will receive the new club charter kit, which includes 20 copies of CC and CL manuals ($280 + tax value), and basic club supplies – Help you start the club faster: It’s easier to convince interested parties to sign-up with the manuals available.
