Article One House -Qualifications -Age: twenty five -Citizenship: seven years -Residency: Must live in the state in which you are elected. -Election: Every two years -Responsibilities: Borrow Money, establish post offices, regulate commerce with foreign nations and among the states, coin money, declare war, raise and support an army and navy, impose and collect taxes and duties.

3. Article One Senate -Qualifications -Age: thirty -Residence: Must live in the state in which you are elected. -Citizenship: Nine Years -Elections: Every six years -Responsibilities: Should choose their other officers. Senate shall have the sole power to try all impeaches.

4. Article Two -Qualifications -Age: Thirty five -Residency: Must be a resident of the United States for Fourteen years. -Citizenship: Must be a native born United States citizenship. -Elections: Every four years. -Responsibilities: Carrie out and enforce laws made by congress. Make treaties with foreign nations. Appoint certain important government officials. Act as commander-in-chief of the armed forces. Veto laws passed by congress.

5. Article lll: Judical -Supreme Court -Needed to decide dispute between state government and between citizens of two or more states. -Also needed to disputes between the national government and a state or citizen. -Appointed by the president for life or until they retire. - Two types of jurisdiction: Original jurisdiction and appellant jurisdiction.

6. Amendment One -Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances. The First Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

7. Amendment five -No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a grand jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the militia, when in actual service in time of war or public danger.

8. Amendment Fourteen - US Constitution, and how it is currently misinterpreted to give citizenship to children born in the United States of illegal alien parents. These children, via their birthright citizenship, act as anchor babies and can, upon reaching the age of majority, facilitate bringing their extended family into the United States in order to obtain citizenship. Although some experts believe that a Constitutional amendment would be necessary to remedy the misinterpretation, many believe that Congressional action would be sufficient and is urgently warranted.
