1 A Review of the Design Principles Digital Art 1 Drawing & Painting

2 Movement- A way of combining visual elements (such as lines, shapes, forms, etc…) to produce a sense of action, or implied motion. 3 Rhythm- A visual tempo or beat. It indicates movement through the repetition of art elements. Often described as alternating, flowing, regular, progressive,or jazzy. Willem de Kooning, “Untitled XIII”, 1985 Jackson Pollock, “Autumn Rhythm (Number 30)”, 1950
