5 Ugly things will happen if you get bitten! Symptoms and Signs of a Bite: Bleeding at the site of the wound.Difficulty breathing.Blurred vision.Rapid pulse.Thirst and vomiting.Weakness and paralysis.

11 Cottonmouth Snake Color ranges from black or grey to tan or yellowish. Underbelly is light colored. They often have dark circles. 30 to 48 inches long.

Never go on the water alone.Never try to handle a snake. 80% OF ALL SNAKE BITES OCCUR WHEN A PERSON IS TRYING TO HANDLE, CATCH, OR KILL A SNAKE. LEAVE THEM ALONE!

16 Poison Dart Frog Small, sometimes less than an inch long when full grown. They are all brightly colored. The brighter they are the higher level of poison.

18 Don’t touch them anywhere! The poison is in their skin! Yikes! Take The Following Precautions: Be AWARE of your surroundings. Do NOT pick up any brightly colored insect, animal, or amphibian. Bright colors are a warning system for potential predators. Only 2 micrograms (the amount that could fit on the head of a pin) of the poison found in the Poison Dart Frog is capable of killing a human or other large mammals!

19 Ugly things will happen if you touch them! Symptoms and Signs that you touched one: Muscle contractions.Vomiting.Violent convulsions.Irregular heart beat.Heart failure.Death.

20 Oh No! It got you! What now? Recommended First Aid: No effective treatment exists.Find a comfy spot to lay down.You’re probably going to die. A chemical found in a puffer fish might have the potential to reverse the effects of the poison. Sadly, you’re in the rainforest. Where will you find a puffer fish?
