2. WHAT IS DISCRIMINATION? Discrimination is to treat a person or group of persons different from the way we treat all other persons or groups in society. Discrimination takes many different forms and affects many people.

3. Discrimination is not new Discrimination has been used to keep certain people or groups of people down for many years. Sadly discrimination is still used within even the most developed Countries including within Europe and the USA today.

4. Discrimination affects millions of citizens. Discrimination is often based on grounds of a persons physical state, color, race, religion, social status and can take many forms. How many forms of discrimination can you name?
