BILC CONFERENCE – MADRID, SPAIN 3-7 May 2015 Each NATO nation is responsible for its own language… BILC can and does make recommendations… Varying testing methods and different interpretations of STANAG 6001 do cause differences in SLP certificates. Spain passed through a BAT in 2009… As a result, Spain changed all of our testing regulations, and issued the Defense Ministerial Order 64/2010, in accordance with BILC’s recommendations. It is impossible to reach in classroom, needs lengthy immersion courses living abroad, and even then, most people never do.
