3. Funded Projects 1.Columbia Lighthouse for the Blind: Audible maps of key Metrorail stations for people with visual impairments 3

4. Fairfax County will lead a multi-jurisdictional effort to increase local collaboration and coordinate services; and train neighborhood groups to provide travel support. 6. Funded Projects 4. Jewish Council for the Aging Strengthen the “Connect-a-Ride” transportation information program with an improved database and a bi-lingual mobility specialist. Serves Primarily Montgomery County but also Prince George’s, Fairfax and Arlington and D.C. 6

9. 7. Yellow Cab of D.C. 7 wheelchair accessible taxis to expand the rollDC fleet; taxis are available to the general public with priority to customers in wheelchairs 9

10. Recommended Projects 8.ECHOWorks 2 replacement buses. Vehicles will be used to transport adults with developmental disabilities to sheltered workshop sites. 10

11. Funded Projects 9.The Arc of Greater Prince William/INSIGHT, Inc. 6 replacement buses and 1 bus to expand services, plus preventive maintenance and GPS systems. Replacement vehicles will be used for existing programs and new vehicle for vocational work and recreational programs. 11

12. Funded Projects 10.CHI Centers, Inc. 2 replacement buses. Vehicles will be used to serve Adult Day Program and weekly Small Group Recreation participants. 12
