40  DAILY WARM-UP Tuesday, September 16, 2014  Review your notes and the book for a quiz on the short story, “There Will Come Soft Rains.” (Five minutes)  Take the quiz.  Correct the quiz.

41  Review of tone and theme.  Authors establish tone through details and word choice.  The tone at different points in the story helps the reader to identify the theme.
