11 July 31 Patch Patch to Address 8 “High” Priority Issues – medium, and low priority issues still exist – https://www.wecc.biz/Administrative/1508_High-Med-Low_Issues.xlsx – List is not a comprehensive list of all the issues https://www.wecc.biz/Administrative/1508_High-Med-Low_Issues.xlsx – 6 of the 8 are resolved Majority focused on significant performance improvement for PSLF users 1 issue is considered addressed by Siemens, Users/WECC Staff do not agree – “WECC and Siemens to review the workflow process. Then we will test the process against the current email implementation and make changes if necessary” Final issue concerns 80 concurrent users and we have not seen that many users in our tests A number of new issues identified – PSS/E subsystem filtering not functioning – Bug in rating profile import – Type 5 SVDs removed from case – 3-winding transformer midpoint bus duplication – Plus others that have not been examined 11 W ESTERN E LECTRICITY C OORDINATING C OUNCIL

12 Case Differences Program/conversion issues – Type 5, 6, 7 data issues Control information is not populated due to program implementation differences – Voltage/flows between PSLF and PSS/E cases coming out of MOD will not match after it is solved in the software of choice This issue is address through post processing in current process 12 W ESTERN E LECTRICITY C OORDINATING C OUNCIL
