12 More than 100 companies and 200 brands will be at the two day event along with a largely anticipated mix of locals ranging across all ages + demographics VIP Admission offers an all-inclusive package of beer, wine and spirits. In addition to food presented by Catering by Les. Package also includes live music, riveted area, early event access, and private restrooms all for $200 one day and $300 two day pass. 13 The Street Festival – VIP Area *VIP area is a separate stand-alone 40x100 ft. lighted tent. Located behind the main entrance on Ponce. Exhibitors wishing to receive additional exposure may be part of the VIP area There is no charge to participate in this area only product donation is required You may set up an area within VIP if you personally want to serve samples or our bartenders will serve the samples for you No more than 250 tickets per day will be sold VIP area hours are – Saturday 11/14/15 6-11pm and Sunday 11/15/15 1-6pm

14 The Street Festival – Wine and Spirits Area The Wine & Spirits area is a separate stand-alone 40x100 ft. lighted tent. Located in the center of the show on Giralda. Retail sales are allow please see Retail Sales Program info in this presentation. Wholesale sales during Trade Show day Exhibitors in the wine tent will receive: an 8 ft. draped table, 2 chairs, 2 40lb. bags of ice daily with more available for sale, retail sales allowed and your logo on our web site. Please see price packages for details. Prices are $595, $795 and $995 For added exposure you may set up an area within VIP if you personally want to serve samples or our bartenders will serve the samples for you Hours are: Saturday 11/14/15 3-11pm and Sunday 11/15/15 1-6pm

15 The Street Festival – Beer Garden The Beer Garden is an open area about 40x100 ft. in size. It is located on the west side of the show closest to Salzado. Retail sales are allowed - Please see Retail Sales Program info. Wholesale sales during Trade Show day Exhibitors in the Beer Garden will receive: a 10x10 ft. tent, 8 ft. draped table, 2 chairs, 2 40lb. bags of ice daily with more available for sale, retail sales allowed and your logo on our web site. Please see price packages for details. Beer Garden booths will be located around the garden with tables also included in this area. There is no cost to participate in the Beer Garden, but donation of product is required. For added exposure you may set up an area within VIP if you personally want to serve samples or our bartenders will serve the samples for you. Hours are – Saturday 11/14/15 1-11pm and Sunday 11/15/15 1-6pm*

16 The Street Festival – Demo and Seminars Exhibitors are requested to hold demos and seminars within their booth area. Topics can be anything that is relevant to you product/s, as well as pairing you product/s with food. Demos and seminars may be held at one of the participating restaurants in The Week events. There is no cost to participate in The Week For added exposure you may offer a seminar or demo within the VIP area. You will need to be prepared to offer samples to as many as 250 people The Street Festival Hours are – Saturday 11/14/15 3-11pm and Sunday 11/15/15 1-6pm

17 Includes - Local restaurants, Packaged gourmet foods, Non-edible food products (i.e., gourmet knives, decorative kitchen items) On one side of Culinary Square is located Catering by Les. He is setting up 8 tent stations with each station offering 2 to 3 plates from a different country. On the opposite side of Culinary Square restaurants and food venders will be selling their unique dishes. No one dish is the same anywhere in Culinary Square In the center is a seating area The Street Festival Features – Culinary Square

Our festival is the place to be for business owners wishing to reach thousands of fine beverage connoisseurs, and food lovers. 19 All exhibiting Beer, Wine and Spirit companies may to participate. Tech Xmart will supply a magnetic card reader or a tablet. Exhibitor pays $95 for use of a tablet or a phone card reader. Any Exhibitors wishing to be set up for retail sales must contact Tech Xmart only. Unlimited Sales Group Inc. nor Cutler Bay Wine & Liquor are involved in the setup & management of this program. You may use your own Tablet or Smart Phone however the cost of the service remains $95. Exhibitor will need to supply wholesale pricing, product description and other all relevant info to Tech Xmart – See below Tech Xmart in turn adds product information to Cutler Bay Wine and Liquors inventory. Tech Xmart also ads the retail price to each product. A hard copy list of the retail prices of your product is supplied to you for use during the show. The Street Festival – Retail Sales Program

20 Exhibitor is responsible for bringing his own inventory. Cutler Bay Wine and Liquor will NOT take in new exhibitor inventory unless it is product Cutler Bay Wine and Liquors already sells. Exhibitor sells product from his booth and receipt is sent via e-mail or text message to the consumer. Credit Card Purchases ONLY no cash sales permitted. Consumer is instructed to come back to the booth and pick up his/her product on their way out of the show. Absolutely no bottles may be open on site Consumer must show text or e-mail receipt when picking up product and when exciting the event. Tech Xmart will have 2 techs at the event the entire time. The techs will be located at one of the two Culer Bay Wine and Liquor booth. Exhibitors will be supplied with sales reports after the show? 30 days later exhibitor receives a check from Cutler Bay Wine & Liquors for product sold at the show. 32 Here is how the Coral Gables Food Wine and Spirits Festival Food Vender area works: We have two sections within the Culinary Square. One section is a caterer offering foods from about 8 different countries – Japan, US, French etc. The other section located across the street are 10x10 booths for companies like yours. This show is not a buy a booth type show, but rather a sharing of sales event with an 80/20 split. 80% of the sales goes to you 20% goes to us. We require a $250 deposit which is later returned to you. The reason we ask for the deposit is to make sure you attend the event. If you are a “no show” or you “cheat the system” you will lose your deposit. Note: Cheating the system means you take cash directly from consumers instead tickets. We do not allow signs outside of the booth and this area must be as upscale and uniform as possible. We sell blocks of 4, 8 and 12 tickets with each ticket costing $5 or each block costing $20, $40 and $60. Absolutely no food is sold without a ticket. 33 At the end of the show you turn in all your tickets and get your 80% plus the $250 deposit. Once we establish exactly what food items you wish to sell no one else is allowed to bring same. The size of each plate is a little bigger than an appetizer portion. Not too small so that it’s worth $5 and not too big so that folks get full easily. Why are we offering this program? The reason is we have asked consumers to tell us what it is they want. Over and over they say they want to try many things. They don’t want to get full on a huge plate. This is the first time we try this program, but we believe it should create more sales for everyone. All the food venders like yourself have to do is adjust the portions of food for the amount of money you are making per sale i.e. $4 per plate.
