2 Some facts before we begin Total tuition due for the student body this year: $249,105 Total assistance: $ 86,885 Total parental responsibility: $162,220 Tuition Adjustment 44 families qualified - $140 -$1300 = $ 18,800 BEF had 16 families qualify - $250-$1500 =$ 9,550 SOS had 28 families qualify - $300-$5150 = $ 39,125 Dio Special Grants had 2 families = $ 600 ANGEL FUND had 43 families - $125 - $3100= $ 10,875 Special Awards had 27 families - $55 -$1800 = $ 7,935 What did this mean per family?

LET’S TALK AVERAGES Total assistance: $ 86,885 When divided by 58 families the average assistance comes to $1500 per family Tuition Adjustment 44 families qualified - $140 -$1300 =$ 18,800 comes to $427 per family BEF had 16 families qualify - $250-$1500 =$ 9,550 comes to $596 per family

LET’S TALK AVERAGES SOS had 28 families qualify - $300-$5150 = $ 39,125 comes to $1397 per family ANGEL FUND had 43 families - $125 - $3100= $ 10,875 comes to $253 per family Special Awards had 27 families - $55 -$1800 = $ 7,935 comes to $294 per family

7 Some facts before we begin 83 students to date 50 students applied who asked for $ 65,945 33 families out of 58 families applied According to the cutoffs for income given: Out of ALL the thousands of students who applied for assistance Holy Redeemer holds 8 out the top 15 poorest and holds the #1 poorest “inability to pay”
