Academic Eligibility and Tutoring No Pass/No Play: *Effective at the END of each six weeks’ grading cycle *We have 9 week grading cycles *Eligibility may be regained if the following progress report reflects all passing grades Tutoring: *We typically do not allow players to miss practice for academic tutoring *There are exceptions to this rule, but we strongly encourage our players to make arrangements for tutoring outside of practice time *7 th grade after school. 8 th grade before school

10. Discipline Policy At Practice: “Bear Crawls” for misbehavior in class, etc. Partial or Whole Game Suspension: Unexcused absence from practice; one or more excused absences during a given week Removal from Program: Only as a last resort; when all other options have been exhausted
