During this transition, the promoters have run businesses across the entire Aviation and Logistics domain as Airline Representations, Air Freight, Ocean Freight, Freight focused Technology Solutions etc. thereby creating a positive identity in the industry. 12 CONFIRMATION POLICY An employee shall be confirmed in the services of the company on completion of the probationary period, subject to satisfactory performance during probation i.e. 6 months. All requisitions for confirmation of service of an employee must be sent by the HR to department head who will finally approve the confirmation at least ten days prior to the expiry of the ongoing probation, and finally HR will issue a confirmation letter. Confirmation of services of an employee, whose probationary period has been extended, will be effective subject to his improved performance and will be effective only on the expiry of the extended probationary period, as per the procedure specified above. COMPENSATION All employees shall be paid salaries as specified in their appointment/contract letters. Salary shall be paid by the 7th day or before of every month. Salary slips will be available online by 10 th of every month.

Our Power Track service helps you keep a track of the shipment throughout its shipment cycle through regular email and SMS updates.
