21 Together, we are One Emory Super User Webinars, Open Houses, and Workshops  Since much of our training is Distance Learning, we expect that learners may want an opportunity to talk to a subject matter expert about what they’ve learned.  Super User Webinars - Pre-arranged webinars where the Super User reviews key points from the courses, and leads a question and answer session  Super User Open Houses – Pre-arranged “open house” events where learners may drop in to ask their questions in person. At the Open House, the Super User may also run demonstrations.  Super User Workshops (ad hoc, local) - Some Super Users may additionally want to conduct a local workshop for smaller groups of employees within their area.  The Project Compass change management team will proactively schedule and support Webinars and Open Houses.  Local Super Users may arrange for Super User workshops as desired. 21 DRAFT
