20 SLU SLU timelines for applications to be submitted to RGC prior to the deadline:  Routine Grants, Subcontract Proposals and Paper Non-Competing Renewals: 10 business days (with draft research plan)  Complex Grants and Contract Proposals: 15 business days (with draft research plan)  Final packet ready for submission: 3 business days prior to deadline  eSNAP 6 business days prior to deadline
