4. Activities of Systems Council Louisville – Re-grounded the Systems Council – Introduced concept and discussed format of SoS conference Montreal – Primarily an after-action review of IEEE Systems Conference – Further discussion of concept and format of new conference

Activities of Systems Council Denver – Developed realizable concepts for SoS conference – Voted on 6 candidate topics – Healthcare was voted strongest candidate with target of Nov 20106 candidate topics strongest candidate – Announcement that Paul Gartz would step down as President and would be replaced according to charter

6. Activities of Systems Council Ft. Lauderdale – Clyde Chittester appointed President – Further fleshed out SoS conference – Covered detailed financial and organizational status of Systems Council – Reported TAB review of Systems Council – Planned for Dec. as target for first planning committee meeting for the new conference Chicago meeting delayed to “further refine concept”
