2. School counselors are like coaches. They are around the school helping however they can.

3.  School counselors help students, teachers and parents. They offer individual, group and classroom sessions!

4.  She is at Conway Everyday!  She has 4 children, Gina (age 22), Maria (age 19), Michael (age 16), and Amy (age 13)!  She has a dog named Pepe who likes to jump on the table to get our food.

5.  She is at Conway 3 days a week (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday).  She has 1 son, Aidan (age 11)!  We’re a Marine Corps family and call Virginia home!  Her goal is to help students at Conway learn more about themselves to be their best!

6.  Fill out a referral Form.  Put it counselor’s mailbox across from the cafeteria.  Remember: Kelso’s Choices- Is it a small problem or big problem?

7.  We offer groups on a variety of topics—for example: Changing Families, Anxiety, Anger, Deployment, Friendship and others.  You must have Parent Permission to be part of a group…so look out for permission slips going home from time to time.
