Policy X #XXXXXX Title and Policy Y #XXXXXXX. There are various categories of co-curricular activities, Category I and Category II. Category I activities include……… and the roles and responsibilities of students are identified in……………….. For Category II activities, the faculty contract (pages X-Y) publishes the contracted amount of stipends associated with various co-curricular activities such as coaching for sports or advising the student newspaper, literary magazine or various clubs and student programs for music, art, film and drama. Student publications are guided by a Board of Publications and handbook. 12 EXAMPLE # 2:
