3 The University of Guelph campus chapter was founded in 1996 with about 20 members. Today it is the largest, oldest and most active campus chapter in Canada.

6 Seven reasons YOU should participate in Collegiate Challenge:  Improve leadership skills.  Develop and strengthen friendships.  See the impact your work is having on communities.  Learn more about poverty housing issues and how you can help.  Visit new areas of the country.  Affect a global cause by advocating on behalf of poverty housing issues.  Help provide a simple, decent, affordable place to live for people in need

9   East St. Tammany  located 30 minutes outside of New Orleans   Lost 80% of homes and business due to Hurricane Katrina

12 Typical Work Day Breakfast served before traveling to worksite - Work from 8a.m. to 4p.m. with lunch on site - Free time after work to clean up - Supper (typical El Salvadorian food) - Free time to rest and explore city after supper
