Youth only make up a small percentage of our population but are 100% of our future. Boosted long term skills, training, business and employment prospects of at least 20 young residents.

23 Tips ‘Creative’ needs to feel fresh and fun Better when we don’t realise we’re being engaged What some may have done for 5 years and now feel stale may be new and fresh for someone else Not necessarily the method, but the impact Look out for opportunities that present themselves (Olympic development or empty shop unit)

24 Tips Not saying ‘do anything’, you still need to plan and prepare well Does activity fit with your company ethos Have a plan, but don’t be afraid to let project develop organically Can’t always anticipate the outcomes but must have a strong principle
