10. Breaker-Fill Quotation Process
Branch enters the quotation on EQM for price approval by the Square D Quotation Managers
Bill of Material must include:
Switchboard catalog numbers
Circuit Breakers
Ancillary equipment to complete the quotation
Clear notes on commercial situation (eg, emergency or shutdown situation?)
Transaction will be priced as a rebated job therefore, if Graybar doesn’t have the inventory to match the authorized BOM, we must order the missing pieces into inventory for “re-ship”

Field Services Turnkey: End User Requests
Graybar and Services will deliver a total solution to the end user
Uses Graybar ETS stock for maximum profitability
Additional margin on labor and any material provided by services as part of turnkey
Process: End User contacts Graybar with need for switchboard install
Graybar contacts local Service team: SSE & CDBM
Services and Graybar visit the site to determine customer needs:
Installation considerations - subcontractor
Modifications needed
Site conditions etc.
Services sales will supply turnkey quote to Graybar
Graybar quotes customer
Services supplies anything not stocked
