Timings: Monday 9 th June 07:30 am arrive at school 07:45 am coach arrives 08:15 am coach leaves 12:55 am ferry departs Friday 13 th June 13:00 pm Leave Chateau 16:05 pm Ferry Crossing 20:00 pm arrive at school

Le Château du Broutel has a capacity of 230 students: ● 3 Separate accommodation blocks - The Ecurie - The Normandy Barn - Le Château ● Teachers rooms adjacent to students rooms ● Duty Instructor per building (24 hours) ● Schools stay together: eat, sleep and do outdoor pursiuts

The food is child friendly, plentiful and nutritious: ● Continental breakfast ● Substantial lunch ● Excellent cooked dinner ● Always plenty of choice ● Vegetarians, Vegans & special diets catered for ● Opportunity to try some French cuisine (please work with us to achieve this!)

Health & Safety our No 1 Priority: ● Conform to all Governing Body Guidelines ● Each outdoor pursuit Risk Assessed ● Radio linked outdoor pursuits ● Outdoor pursuits, equipment and instructors continually assessed and monitored

First Aid EHIC card in school on Monday 2 nd June (Passports in on this day too) Forms giving permission for: Calpol Nurofen Anti-histamine Sun cream and mosquito spray per child please Château requires date of last Tetanus Please see Mrs Nunn about any other medical issues

Clothing Clothing List Provided Please note: All activities require long sleeved tops and long trousers Swimwear required for water based activities Suitable clothing for external trips Spare footwear is essential Sleeping bags and towels required Please use a sensible sized bag Children should help pack ~ so they know what they are taking! Please leave room for the children to pack to come home!

Equipment Spending money 20 Euros (4 x 5) in named envelope to Mrs France on Monday 2 nd June Absolutely NO electrical equipment No aerosols Some sweets allowed (small bags)
