2 Homework Assignment #1 is due Each Friday. - Students are required to complete at home reading and reading log. Read Sun-Thurs Write Author, Title, Pages Read Write a 3 sentence summary Parents sign nightly Homework Assignment #2 is due End of the Month. - Students are required to read a book of the month and complete two writing assignments. Homework assignments are posted online visit Mrs. Harris’ webpage for details. Various assignments are given throughout school year such as essays and projects. HOMEWORK

4 Grading Policy 100% - 90% = A 89% - 80 % = B 79% - 70% = C 69% - 60% = D 59% and Below = Fail Work Categories Classwork Classwork = 30% of the Student’s Grade Homework Homework = 20% of the Student’s Grade Projects Projects = 20% of the Student’s Grade Tests and Quizzes Tests and Quizzes = 25% of the Student’s Grade Performance = 5% of the Student’s Grade Only assignment that I accept late is anything that requires a parent signature. Ex: Grade sheet, test, etc.
