13 How advisors enable the Collaboratory Shared leadership: −students share leadership with educators, and learn by seeing their teachers in action. −educators share leadership with students, mentoring students to lead and working themselves out of a job. Player coaches: educators work with their mentees and make hands-on professional contributions to projects.
