Specific objectives were to identify key problems and offer recommendations to Regional Management. Josephs (2007) advises that communication is the medium through which action is introduced into the structure of the organisation. Billings (2006) believes that without effective communication businesses fail and relationships wither. Manager/Accountant There is little effective management or communication practice between these positions. The supervisory difficulties have surfaced many times, yet no training plan has been developed.
