4 California State University Dominguez Hills (CSUDH) Offers both a BSQA on-line degree program and an MSQA on-line degree program Also offers a BSQA with a Measurement Science option On-line degree programs require no on-campus attendance

6 BSQA Mission Statement The BSQA Program provides the academic environment and the requisite courses to blend the basic sciences, technologies, management principles, quality concepts, and statistical tools needed to prepare professionals for a career in Quality Assurance Also designed to serve working professionals already in the field seeking career enhancement

7 CSUDH BSQA Admission Program Requirements Minimum of 56 units and completion of all general education requirements with a 2.0 GPA Completion of one semester of college level calculus Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) score of 550 for students whose primary language of instruction was not English

8 BSQA Program Requirements 120 units including General Education and statutory requirements 30 units of lower division requirements which includes QAS 200 Fundamentals of Measurement Science 43 units of upper division requirements which includes QAS 498 Directed Research and QAS 499 Senior Project

11 CSUDH MSQA Admission Requirements Hold a Baccalaureate Degree in a technical field from an accredited institution or, if non-technical degree, approval from the CSUDH QA Academic Program Committee Have a background which includes college level mathematics and computer concepts Achieved a GPA of 2.5 or higher in the last 60 units completed Be in “good standing” at the last educational institute attended

12 MSQA Program Requirements Foreign students must receive a minimum of 550 on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) Complete 33 units of approved graduate course work which includes 1 elective for manufacturing; 3 electives for Service and Health Care
