PowerPoint Extra Instructions Sheet Inserting Pictures into Word or PowerPoint Use other images instead of Clip Art Gallery (man with red hair button) 1.Put the diskette or CD desired pictures are stored on into computer diskette drive. 2.Open Word or Power Point document and select place you want picture to appear. 3.Select the Insert Menu Picture From File 4.Navigate to the diskette and click once on the picture name and icon (a preview will appear to the right). 5.Click Insert.
