20. CONGRESS To be elected to the Senate one must be at least 30 years of age, have been a US citizen for at least 9 years, and be an inhabitant of the state they are running for Senate in.

21. Judicial Branch There are no official qualification's It can be either a justice, an adviser of the cabinet, or a governor There are no qualifications, & you can serve for your whole life if you want. Unless you get impeached. Anyone can serve in Judicial Branch.
