4 Interrogative Sentences An interrogative sentence asks a question and ends with a question mark.Examples:1. Can we go in the swimming pool today?2. Did you bring your bathing suit?
5 Imperative SentencesAn imperative sentence gives a command and there is often an understood (you) subject.Examples:1. Tommy, look at all fish.2. Go clean your room.
6 Exclamatory Sentences An exclamatory sentence shows strong feeling and ends with an exclamation point.Examples:1. Get out of the water!2. A shark is coming!
