3.  I will divide the class in half. Half of you will be the “Sellers” and the other half will be the “Buyers”  Every other group will be Sellers and buyers. Directions

4.   The Seller group will be viewing the video’s selling tactics   write down what specific tactics and appeals are made in the infomercial to make the customers want to buy the product. (What did they do to convince potential consumers?)   note what is done that hinders the selling process. (What would turn potential customers away?)   From a Sellers point of view write down the strengthens and weaknesses of this product. The Seller Group

5.   The buyer group will be viewing the video as potential buyers   note what specifically would motivate you to buy this product?   Or what did not motivate you to buy this product?   Who is the target market?   What is the infomercial doing to target the audiences motivations.   From a buyers point of view write down the strengthens and weaknesses of this product. The Buyer Group
