6 A team of talent Lydia Walpole - Chartered Civil Engineer Costain sponsored graduate from the University of Surrey. Experience in the Water and Marine sectors. Past 5 years has worked in the Rail sector. Selected as ICE President’s Apprentice 2011/2012. Won the award for Europe’s Best Young Woman in Construction 2015. Recently became a Chartered member of the Institution of Civil Engineers. 6
